As part of the project for a wind farm in Buseto Palizzolo (TP), LATEC cooperated with some companies in the construction of a 30/150 kV electrical substation for transformation along the 150kV Alcamo-Custonaci line. The project also included the construction of a 150kV substation. All the plants were built in compliance with Terna standards and are used to feed into the grid the energy produced by the wind farm's 11 generators (55,000 Mwh per year).
